How the scoring is done:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For each month of a particular series (i.e. Wednesday nights), the position of each yacht for each race is shown in a specific column corresponding to the date of the race. These represent the points for that race.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then the points for each yacht are added for all the races for that month. The standings are then established based from lowest to most points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Breaking a tie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When two yachts are tied in total points for the month, the tie is broken in this manner;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The points for each yacht are added without the drop race; if a tie persists, the dropped race is included and the points added. The yacht with the least points ranks higher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If there is still a tie, then the position of the yachts during the last race of the month is considered. The winning boat is ranked higher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
